As a manager, you can respond to pulse survey questions.
- Select .
- Search for the employee, and then select the employee name.
- Click the Performance tab.
- In the Additional Sections pane, click Pulse Survey Responses.
- Click Create Response under each available question, and specify your response.
Questions that are assigned to a manager for their team are displayed individually in the Continuous Performance homepage tile. Responses can be saved as a draft or submitted. After a question has been submitted, it is no longer displayed.

Select a response type from the list.
- : Text for up to 100 characters
- : Text for up to 250 characters
- : Yes or No
- Yes or No and a text description
- : Selection from defined rating levels
- : Selection from a list of values
- Select the Mark as Complete check box and click Submit.
- Click View More to view all unsubmitted questions in a list.
- Click Manager follow-up notes to track actions taken on the employee’s answer.
