Responding to pulse survey questions

As a manager, you can respond to pulse survey questions.
  1. Select Team > Profiles.
  2. Search for the employee, and then select the employee name.
  3. Click the Performance tab.
  4. In the Additional Sections pane, click Pulse Survey Responses.
  5. Click Create Response under each available question, and specify your response.

    Questions that are assigned to a manager for their team are displayed individually in the Continuous Performance homepage tile. Responses can be saved as a draft or submitted. After a question has been submitted, it is no longer displayed.

  6. Specify this information:
    Response
    Select a response type from the list.
    • Short Text: Text for up to 100 characters
    • Long Text: Text for up to 250 characters
    • Yes No: Yes or No
    • Yes No Text Yes or No and a text description
    • Rating Scale: Selection from defined rating levels
    • List: Selection from a list of values
  7. Select the Mark as Complete check box and click Submit.
  8. Click View More to view all unsubmitted questions in a list.
  9. Click Manager follow-up notes to track actions taken on the employee’s answer.
