Designating a direct report as a mentor

  1. Select Team > Profiles.
  2. Select and open the employee to designate as mentor.
  3. Click the Performance tab.
  4. Open the Mentors pane, then select the employee and click Designate As Mentor.

    The Is Mentor column value for the direct report changes to Yes.
