Requesting a new job

To create a requisition for a new job, you can create a new job

  1. Select Hiring.
  2. Click the Positions and Budgets tab.
  3. In the Actions pane, click Request A New Job.
  4. Specify the effective date and the proposed job name.
  5. Optionally, specify additional details for the job.
  6. Click Submit.

    The request is routed for approval. The job is selectable on a requisition request after it has been approved by the final approver.
