Aligning organizational goals

  1. Select Performance.
  2. In the Goals pane, click View Goals.
  3. On the Team Goals tab, select the employee whose goal to update.
  4. On the Active tab, open the goal to align with an organizational goal.
  5. Click the Aligned Goals tab and click Align.
  6. Select the appropriate organizational goal and click Save.
