Validating a safe-behavior report

Perform this task to make a safe behavior that was logged about a direct report part of a performance review.

  1. Select Health and Safety.
  2. Click the Safety tab.
  3. In the Observation section, select the safe-behavior row and click Update.
  4. Select the Validated check box.
  5. Click Save.
    The safe behavior is listed with a Yes value in the Validated column.
