Removing a direct report as mentor

  1. Select Team > Profiles.
  2. Select and open the employee.
  3. Click the Performance tab.
  4. Open the Mentors pane, then select the direct report click Remove As Mentor.

    The Is Mentor column value for the direct report changes to No.

    You cannot remove direct reports that already have mentees assigned to them. To see a mentor's mentees, open the mentor's record and click the Mentees tab.
