Creating a safe behavior record
- Select Team > Profiles.
- Double-click an employee record.
- Click the Health and Safety tab.
- In the Additional Sections pane, clickSafe Behaviors.
- Click Recognize Safe Behavior.
- Specify this information:
- Short Description

Specify a short description of the safe behavior.
- Safe Behavior Category

Select one of the categories that has been configured by your organization's health and safety administrators.
- Safe Behavior Date
-
Specify the date you observed this safe behavior.
- Location
-
Select the location where this safe behavior was observed.
- Detailed Description
-
Specify a detailed description of the safe behavior you observed.
- Click Submit.
The record is displayed on the Safe Behavior tab of the current record. It is also displayed in the Recognition of Safe Behavior panel of the Manager Safety Log page.
