Associating employee goals with activities (goal leader)

If an employee needs to complete a activity to attain a goal, you can associate the goal with an activity.

  1. Select Performance > Goals > Goal Categories.
  2. Click the Resource Goals tab.
  3. Select the employee with the goal to update.
  4. On the Active tab, open the goal you want to associate with an activity.
  5. Access the Activities tab, and click New.
  6. Select the appropriate activity and click OK.
