Creating superannuation deduction codes

Perform this procedure after setting up the basis of contribution for superannuation.

  1. Select Benefits > Administration > Setup > Payroll Codes > Deduction Codes.
  2. In the Payroll pane, click Deduction Codes.
  3. Specify the deduction code and description.
  4. Click Create.
  5. On the Detail tab, specify this information:
    Adjust Pay
    Select Employer Paid.
    Calculation Type
    Select Flat Amount.
    Tax Status
    Select Pre Tax.
  6. Click Save.
