Updating EEO-1 establishments

Before you create the EEO-1 report, you can update an existing establishment to ensure accuracy in the report.

  1. From your workspace, select Report Catalog.
  2. On Reports, select HR Administration > Regulatory.
  3. Click EEO-1 (Equal Employment Opportunity Report).
  4. On the Setup tab, right-click a company and select Open.
  5. Right-click an establishment and select Open.
  6. Specify the effective date of the update in the establishment.
  7. OnCompany Identification, specify this information:
    • Establishment Name
    • Headquarters
    • Eligibility Group
    • Active
    • EEO Assigned Unit Number
    • Location
    • Employer Identification Number
    • NAICS Code
    • NDRC User ID
    • Was an EEO-1 filed for this establishment last year?
    • Comments
  8. Click Federal Contractor Designation.
  9. Specify this information:
    • Is Establishment Federal?
    • Unique Entity Identifier
  10. Click Certification.
  11. Specify this information:
    • Certifying Official
    • Certifying Official Title
    • Certifying Official Email Address
    • Certifying Official Phone Number
  12. Click Save.
