Archive feature

Administrators can archive job applications and related documents to securely restore job application records when it is required. Before they can archive data in HR Talent, the feature archive is enabled in Infor Landmark Technology.

See the Infor Landmark Technology Library (Cloud) and select Administration > System Administration > Purging and archiving procedures > Enabling the archive feature

After they archive a job application, it is removed in the system's live data. You can view job applications that are archived after you enable the Archive mode.
