Adding an equivalency group to a position

Administrators can add an equivalency group to a position.
  1. Select Jobs And Positions.
  2. Click the Positions tab.
  3. Select and open a position.
  4. Click Qualifications.
  5. In the Equivalency Groups section, click Create.
  6. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the date that the qualification can be activated.
    Equivalency Group
    Select the equivalency group to add to the position.
  7. Click Submit.
