Running upgrade actions

After changes are made to deductions and one time deductions, use this procedure to run update actions to move your existing data from the old files to the new files.

  1. Select System Administration > Utilities.
  2. In the Primary pane, click Data Maintenance.
  3. Open the upgrade.
  4. On the Details tab, click Run.
