Adding equivalent qualifications to an equivalency group

Administrators add equivalent qualifications to equivalency groups. They can specify a minimum rating required for the candidate and a target rating.
  1. Select Qualifications.
  2. Click the Components tab.
  3. In the Groups pane, click Equivalency Groups.
  4. Select an equivalency group and qualification for which you are adding an equivalent qualification.
  5. In the Equivalent Qualifications section, click Create.
  6. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the date that the qualification can be activated.
    Type
    Select the type of qualification to add.
    Relation
    To require candidates to meet any single requirement, specify OR. To require candidates to meet all the requirements, specify AND.
    Essential Rating Level
    Specify a target rating for the qualification.
    Desired Rating Level
    Specify a minimum rating that the candidate must have for the qualification.
  7. Click Save.
