Generating turnover reports

The turnover analysis overview is displayed if you configure turnover by dates using date correction. Reports are created and calculated based on the dates that you specify in the New Hire, Rehire, and Termination fields.

  1. From HR Administration, select Report Catalog > Reports > HR Administration.
  2. Select the Turnover check box.
  3. Click Turnover Analysis.
  4. Click Overview.
  5. In the Actions pane, click Create / Update Date in Turnover Reports.
  6. On the Create Resource Turnover Analysis Data page, specify this information:
    Process Employee And Work Assignment Changes Since Last Run
    Select this option to view the last time the work assignment changes are run.
    Enter Process Dates and Times
    Select this option to specify the date range and time of the turnover report generation.
  7. Optionally, specify the employee ID range in Employee ID Rangeto create a report for a specific set of employees.
  8. Switch on Refresh Cube to update existing reports.
  9. Switch on Reload Cube to delete existing cube reports and rebuild reports.
  10. Click Submit.
