You can configure these settings for the Employee Hub application in the OS Portal:
- Application details: Customize the icon and change the application name.
- Permissions: View the roles that have access to the Employee Hub application. You can add roles or users to grant access.

Note: The Employee Hub portal application uses the Employee Self-Service web application within HR Talent. Access to this web application is controlled through UI Access Control policies. Security roles with access to the EmployeeSelfService web application can access the Employee Hub portal application after it is enabled. - Workspaces: View the default workspaces for employees.
The workspace that you set as the default is accessible to employees in the menu of the Employee Hub.
This list shows the possible workspaces that you can add in the Employee Hub:
- Employee (Frontline): Workspace that has WFM and HR Talent widgets. WFM-Employee role has access to this workspace.
- Employee: Workspace that has HR Talent widgets only.
The workspace that is displayed in the Employee Hub depends on the role of the user who accesses the hub. You can add and customize workspaces based on your needs.
