Credential noncompliance reporting
The Credential Noncompliance Report provides alerts about employees with credential issues that can make them ineligible to perform their job duties.
The report lists all employees that meet the noncompliance criteria.
| Noncompliance reason | Description |
|---|---|
| Missing Credential | The employee does not have the job or position credential. |
| Not Credential Match | The employee does not have the required credential and source combination. |
| Credential Expired | The employee has the credential, but it is marked as expired. |
| Credential Completed | The employee has the credential, but it is marked as completed. |
The report has links that you can use to access and correct position or employee data.
Some employees are required to have a valid credential or a license to perform their job duties. License noncompliance can result in large fines for employers.
Noncompliance is determined through a fit analysis that compares employee credentials to position credentials for all employee work assignments. Noncompliance is determined as of the date and time you run the report. The data is stored in the EmployeeCredentialNoncompliance business class.
If an employee is non-compliant, a message is displayed on the employee profile At A Glance form. This message is visible to employees, managers, and administrators. It is also visible to generalists who can access the employee profile.
