Enabling archive for a Purge Actions Administrator role

Before you archive job applications and job application documents, you must ensure that the archive data and reporting is enabled for a PurgeActionsAdministrator _ ST role.

You can enable archive data and reporting for a PurgeActionsAdministrator _ ST role.

  1. Select Security Administration > User Management > Role.
  2. Select PurgeActionsAdministrator _ ST .
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click Configurable Features.
  5. Click Edit Features.
  6. In Data section, select the Archive check box.
  7. Click Submit.
