Viewing the updated job fields

When the Enhance Pending Changes Panel in Job Requisition feature toggle is enabled by the system administrator, HR Administrators and HR Generalists can view the specific fields that are updated in the job.

When the Enhance Pending Changes Panel in Job Requisition feature toggle is disabled by the system administrators, all mismatched fields between the job requisition and the job are displayed in the Pending Changes pane.

  1. Select Maintenance > To Do.
  2. Click Pending Job Requisition Updates.
  3. Click the Jobs tab.
  4. Specify the job.
  5. Optionally, click Filter Search and specify the job ID.
  6. Click Search.
  7. Click the job.
  8. Select an associated requisition.
    The updated job fields are displayed in the Pending Changes pane.
