Viewing turnover data records

Administrators create turnover data records after configuring turnover by dates using date correction.

Reports are filtered by various turnover types:

  • Starter: Includes reports for hire and rehire
  • Leavers: Includes reports of termination
  • Transfers: Includes reports of changes to an organization unit, direct supervisor, indirect supervisor, location, job, position, pay rate, step and grade schedule, pay grade, pay step, salary structure, salary structure grade, or geographic location
  • Reinstated: Includes reports of reinstated employees after termination
  1. From HR Administration, select Report Catalog > Reports > HR Administration.
  2. Select the Turnover check box.
  3. Click Turnover Analysis.
  4. Click Data List.
  5. Specify turnover type or action tag to view the employee's record.

    You can select the employee record to view the employee’s profile.

  6. Click Search.
