Viewing turnover data records
Administrators create turnover data records after configuring turnover by dates using date correction.
Reports are filtered by various turnover types:
- Starter: Includes reports for hire and rehire
- Leavers: Includes reports of termination
- Transfers: Includes reports of changes to an organization unit, direct supervisor, indirect supervisor, location, job, position, pay rate, step and grade schedule, pay grade, pay step, salary structure, salary structure grade, or geographic location
- Reinstated: Includes reports of reinstated employees after termination
