Running manager review diagnostics

Use this process to analyze manager data for conditions that can cause workflow errors or warnings. Conditions reported include multiple managers in one role, multiple reports, manager with no reports, resources who report to empty code.

To analyze manager data, generate the manager review and view the results.

  1. Select HR Administration.
  2. Click the Utilities tab.
  3. In the Validation Tools pane, click Shared Data Review.
  4. Select the HR organization.
  5. Click Submit to run the action immediately, or click Schedule to schedule the action to run at a later time.
  6. To review the conditions identified, select HR Administration.
  7. Click the Utilities tab.
  8. In the Validation Tools pane, click Shared Data Review.
  9. Click each tab to display the records with that category of warning or data condition.
  10. Correct the manager data configuration related to the data warnings as needed.
  11. Repeat these steps to ensure warning conditions have been corrected.
