Applying mass change for pay elements

  1. Select Compensation > Administration.
  2. Click the Payroll tab.
  3. In the Primary pane, click Pay Elements.
  4. Open a pay element to update.
  5. Change the Default Flat Amount or Percentage.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Select Administrator > Set Up > Payroll > Pay Elements.
  8. Select one or more pay elements.
  9. Select Actions > Mass Assign Pay Element.
  10. Specify the pay element changes.
    Date Range
    Specify a date range. Optionally, specify the end date.
    Action Reason
    Optionally, specify an action reason.
    Resource Criteria
    Select only one resource criteria.
  11. Click OK.
