Inactivating rating scales

  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Other Setup pane, click Rating Scales.
  3. Select and open a rating scale to inactivate.
  4. Clear the Active check box.
  5. Click Save.
    Inactive rating scales are still valid for competencies, skills, and credentials to which they are attached, but they are no longer selectable for new ones. You can reactivate the rating scale at any time.
