Enabling the location for EEO-1 report

To use the hiring location instead of eligibility groups when you run EEO-1 reports, you must enable the hiring location in the EEO-1 report. Each establishment's hiring location is used in the EEO-1 report.

You must ensure that different hiring location for each establishment is used.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. In the Structure pane, click Organizations.
  3. Select an organization and click Open.
  4. Click Country Configurable Fields.
  5. Select the US or USA country configurable fields and click Open.
  6. On the Configurable Fields tab, select the Use Location in EEO-1 Report check box.
    To use the eligibility groups when you run EEO-1 reports, you must leave the Use Location in EEO-1 Report check box blank.
  7. Click Save.
