Enabling Finance Enterprise Structure for mass updating position features

You must configure features for your organization and select a checkbox for the Finance section to display additional fields on the Mass Change Enter New Values form.

Select Administration > Setup.
In the Structure pane, click Organizations.
Select an organization to configure.
See Configuring features for organizations.
In the Finance section, select the Finance Enterprise Structure check box.

If you select Finance Enterprise Structure, only the Expense Account field is displayed.
