Viewing the updated position fields

When the Enhance Pending Changes Panel in Job Requisition feature toggle is enabled by the system administrator, HR Administrators and HR Generalists can view the specific fields that are updated in the position.

When the Enhance Pending Changes Panel in Job Requisition feature toggle is disabled by the system administrators, all mismatched fields between the job requisition and the position are displayed in the Pending Changes pane.

  1. Select Maintenance > To Do.
  2. Click Pending Job Requisition Updates.
  3. On the Positions tab, search the position.
  4. Optionally, click Filter Search and specify the position ID.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Click the position.
  7. Select an associated requisition.
    The updated position fields are displayed in the Pending Changes pane.
