Deleting job subcategories

You cannot delete a job subcategory that is attached to a job, but you can inactivate it.

  1. Select Jobs And Positions.
  2. Click the Components tab.
  3. In the Jobs pane, click Categories.
  4. Highlight the job category so that its subcategories are displayed.
  5. Highlight any job subcategories to delete, and click Delete.
  6. Specify an effective date when prompted, and click OK.
