The manager structure is dynamic. As resources are assigned to a manager or as a manager on their work assignments, the manager structure gets updated with the resources' names.
- Select .
- In the Structure pane, click Managers.
- In the Staff section, select a manager's name to view a list of the resources that report to the manager and their subordinates.
- To view the details of a specific role, open the role on the Structure tab or the Roles tab. Click these tabs to view information for each role:

Resources that are assigned to this manager role. Multiple resources can be assigned to a role.
