Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal setup
The Unified Employee Self-Service Experience in OS Portal, which can be referred to as the Employee Hub, provides a single location for accessing profiles and completing self-service activities. Employees use the Employee Hub instead of multiple applications or interfaces. The Employee Hub brings together information and functionality from HR Talent. If applicable, the Employee Hub also includes Workforce Management (WFM) functionality.
The unified employee self-service experience addresses the challenge of multiple employee profile entry points across the Infor ecosystem. Multiple entry points can lead to fragmented navigation and inconsistent data. By centralizing employee data and actions into one coherent experience, the unified portal ensures a streamlined and consistent interface regardless of the underlying product combinations.
- Access a consolidated employee profile
- Perform self-service tasks, such as time off requests, timesheet updates, and document access
- View combined data and functionality from HRT and WFM, if applicable in your organization, in a single interface
- Navigate using an integrated menu that groups key functions such as Dashboard, Profile, Schedule and Time Off, Timesheet, Pay, Benefits, and more
This unified approach improves usability while maintaining flexibility through role-based access and configuration. As an administrator, you can control menu visibility, workspaces, and integrations. This approach ensures that employees see the features relevant to them.
The Unified Employee Self-Service Experience simplifies employee interaction with HR systems, enhances data consistency, and supports a more efficient and intuitive user experience.
To access the unified employee self-service experience, you must enable the Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal feature toggle.
