Copying branches of the manager structure

Use this procedure to copy a manager or manager structure branch under a different manager code.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Structure pane, click Managers.
  3. In the Managers section, select the top level of the branch to copy.
  4. Click the More Actions button and select Copy This Branch.
  5. Select an effective date.
    Note: If you select an effective date that is later than today's date, the copy is not created until that date.
  6. Select the new manager under which to copy this manager in the Specify The Parent Manager Of The New Manager field.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Optionally, locate the branch and rename it.
