Withdrawing from certifications

You can withdraw from certifications in which you are enrolled. You cannot withdraw from required certifications.
  1. Select Learning.
  2. Click the Certifications tab.
  3. In the Assigned Certifications section, select the certification to withdraw from, and click Withdraw From Certification.
    This button is visible only when a selected certification is eligible for withdrawal.
  4. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Select the reason to withdraw.
    Comments
    Provide comments for certification withdrawal.
  5. Click Submit.
