Changing views of your development plan

When viewing the catalog, you can choose list view or gallery view. List view organizes activities, development plans, and certifications into lists. Gallery view shows information in a graphic dashboard.

Gallery view is available for each of the four tabs in List view: Browse, Search Activities, Search Development Plans, and Search Certifications.

  1. Select Performance.
  2. Click the Mentorship tab.
  3. In the Mentor Tasks pane, click Catalog > Browse.
  4. Click View and select an option.
