Adding emergency contacts to your profile

Some fields are available only when they are configured by your organization.
  1. Select Profile > Personal.
  2. In the Emergency Contact pane, click the Add button.
  3. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Select the date on which the emergency contact takes effect in your profile.
    First Name
    Specify the first name of your emergency contact.
    Last Name
    Specify the last name of your emergency contact.
    Relationship
    Specify your relationship with your emergency contact.
    Preferred Contact
    Select this check box to have your preferred method of communication be used by the organization when contacting your emergency point person.
    Preferred Contact Method
    Select your preferred contact method.
    Home Phone Information
    Specify the country or jurisdiction code and home phone number of your emergency contact.
    Work Phone Information
    Specify the country or jurisdiction code and work phone number and extension of your emergency contact.
    Mobile Phone Information
    Specify the country or jurisdiction code and mobile phone number of your emergency contact.
    Email & IM Phone Information
    Specify the email address, instant message network, and IM address of your emergency contact.
    Address
    Specify the address of your emergency contact. If you have the same address, select your address in the Same As Resource Address field. You can also search or enter the address manually.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Save.
