Completing goals

You can complete your own goals. Your manager or an administrator can also complete your goals.
  1. Select Performance.
  2. Click the Goals tab.
  3. In the In Progress section, select a goal to complete and click Complete.
  4. Specify the percentage of completion and select the completion date.
  5. Optionally, provide a comment.
  6. Click Submit.
    Note: After a goal is completed, you and your manager cannot modify it, except when you open the goal from your self‑appraisal. In this case, you can update or add a rating level, which is applied to the historical goal.
