You can complete your own goals. Your manager or an administrator can also complete your goals.
- Select .
- Click the Goals tab.
- In the In Progress section, select a goal to complete and click Complete.
- Specify the percentage of completion and select the completion date.
- Optionally, provide a comment.
- Click Submit.
Note: After a goal is completed, you and your manager cannot modify it, except when you open the goal from your self‑appraisal. In this case, you can update or add a rating level, which is applied to the historical goal.
