Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal overview

The Unified Employee Self-Service Experience in OS Portal, which can be referred to as the Employee Hub, provides a single location where you can access your employee profile and perform self-service tasks. Instead of switching between multiple applications or interfaces, you can use the Employee Hub. You can access information and functionality from HR Talent and, when applicable, Workforce Management (WFM).

With this unified experience, you can access your information and complete tasks in one place. You can avoid navigating across different systems.

This list shows what you can access in the Employee Hub:
  • Access your consolidated employee profile
  • Perform self-service tasks, such as submitting time off requests, updating timesheets, and accessing documents
  • View combined data and functionality from HR Talent and WFM, if these applications are used in your organization
  • Navigate using an integrated menu that groups key functions, such as Dashboard, Profile, Schedule and Time Off, Timesheet, Pay, and Benefits
Note: To use the unified employee self-service experience, your system administrator must enable the Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal feature toggle. The Employee Consolidated Webapp and Revised Employee Experience features must also be enabled.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal setup.
