Dashboard

If your system administrator has enabled the Unified Employee Self-Service Experience within OS Portal, the Dashboard menu becomes available in your Employee Hub. The Dashboard menu serves as your starting point.

When the unified experience is enabled, the Dashboard menu shows a workspace. A workspace contains widgets that allow you to complete tasks or view important information directly from the Dashboard.

Depending on your organization’s setup, the available workspace may vary:
  • If your organization uses WFM, you can access the standard Employee (Frontline) workspace. This workspace includes widgets from both WFM and HR Talent. You can view and manage information from both systems in one place.

  • If your organization uses only HR Talent, you can access the standard Employee workspace, which contains HR Talent widgets.

The Dashboard menu replaces the previous homepage in the Employee Self-Service experience. Use the Dashboard to review information, access key actions, and stay updated without switching between different applications or menus.
