Marking health components as complete
Perform this task if you receive a notification that a health component applies to you.
- Select Health and Safety > Occupational Health.
- In the Health Components pane, right-click a component record and select Complete.
Optionally, open the health component record and click Complete.
- Specify this information:
- Reason
- Select the reason for your action.
- Completion Date
- Specify the date on which this health component was completed.
- Actual Result
- Select the result you received.
- Lot Number
- Specify the lot number, if applicable.
- Injection Site
- Specify the injection site, if applicable. The injection site is a place on your body, for example, Deltoid.
- Clinician, Other Clinician, Facility
- If these fields are available, specify the information.
- Attach Documentation
- Attach necessary files or documentation about the appointment.
- Comments
- Provide information about the completion of the component.
- Click Submit.
