You can search for documents containing specific text using the text search feature.
Select Profile.
Click the Documents tab.
Click Create a text search.
Specify this information:
Text
Specify the text to search.
Result Limit
Optionally, specify the limit to the maximum number of documents that can be returned in a search. The number that you specify overrides the maximum number that is specified for the organization. A higher number than the default value can affect performance.
Search Name
Optionally, specify a name for the search. Users can use the name to filter documents in the search history.
Click Submit.
A list of documents that include the text is displayed. The number in parentheses indicates the number of results that were returned.
To view the search string, click on any file link.
