Viewing created cases

As an employee, you can check if the case you sent through the supported mailbox is successfully logged.
  1. Select Profile.
  2. Click the Cases tab.
  3. Search for the case by using the subject line you specified in the email.
  4. Select the case to view its details, then verify that the information matches what you specified in the email.
  5. To check the links and attachments you provided in the email, click the Notes and Attachments tab.
