Enrolling in certifications from the catalog

  1. Select Performance.
  2. Click the Mentorship tab.
  3. In the Mentor Tasks pane, click Catalog.
  4. Click the Search Certifications tab.
  5. Right-click the certification for which to enroll and select Enroll Employee in Active Certification.
  6. Specify this information:
    Employment ID
    Select the employment ID of the employee to enroll in the certification.
    Priority
    Specify the priority.
    Start Date
    Specify the start date.
    Due Date
    Specify the due date.
    Comments
    Provide any comments for enrollment.
  7. Click Submit.
    If the certification requires an approval, the status is updated to requested. Your manager must approve the enrollment request.
