Alignment with organizational goals

You can align an active employee goal with one or more organizational goals. Employee goals are also referred to as resource goals.

If the employee goal has a category, all aligned organizational goals must use the same category. If the Category field is blank, you can align the employee goal with organizational goals of any category.

The goal type of the employee goal and the organizational goal must match, and the begin and end dates of the employee goal must match or fall within the organizational goal’s begin and end dates. You can delete organizational goal alignments from an active goal.
