You can perform this task only if your organization uses Absence Management.
Select Time and Attendance.
Click the Balances and Requests tab.
In the Plans pane, you can view the type of leaves and the available hours and days you are allowed to requests.
To see more details about balances of your plans, right click a record, then select Open.
This list shows the information you can view when you click a record:
% Of Limit - If a limit applies, this shows how close your Available balance is to reaching the limit that you can hold in the plan.
Available - This is the number of days or hours currently held on the plan. An alert indicates that carryover hours are included in the available balance.
Pending + Approved - These are the total days or hours of requested and approved time-off requests that have not yet been processed.
Available For Request - This is the number of days or hours available to request and comprises Available minus Pending + Approved.
Optionally, click the More Actions button and select Export To PDF to print a version of your plan balances and transaction detail.
Optionally, click the Calendar tab to view and add time-off, leaves of absence, or time-entry records.
