Completing tax forms from a transition program
You can access tax forms from a transition program in Symmetry.
Symmetry US tax forms are available to employees who work and live in the US. Symmetry Canada tax forms are available to employees who work and live in Canada.
You can access the My Programs pane only if an administrator enables the Symmetry integration and create a transition program for an employee or candidate.

A list of tax forms is displayed.
- Name
- Social Security Number (USA) or Social Insurance Number (Canada)
The formats of the Social Security Number and the Social Insurance Number are xxx-xx-xxxx and xxx-xxx-xxx, respectively.
- Country or jurisdiction
- Work and residential addresses
After you complete the tax forms, you are redirected to the assigned transition program to complete any remaining tasks. The recently completed tax forms are displayed.
The system is updated with relevant information, such as employee deductions.
A .pdf file of the tax form is created. You can view the tax form.
