Copying action plan periods

You can copy an action plan's period to another period or to all action plan periods for the goal. This action exists only for Draft action plans.
  1. Select Performance.
  2. Click the Goals tab.
  3. Click Action Plans.
  4. Select the goal action plan for which to copy an action plan period.
  5. Click Copy Action Plan.
  6. Specify this information:
    From Period
    Select the period to copy.
    To Period
    Select the period to which to copy the From Period action plan.
    Copy To All Other Periods
    Select this check box to copy the From Period action plan to all the other action plan periods for the goal.

    If you select this option, you cannot select a To Period value.

  7. Click Submit.
    If you selected Copy To All Periods, a warning that any existing action plans in the other periods will be overwritten with the copied text is displayed.
