Withdrawing from development plans

You can withdraw from development plans that are optional.
  1. In the Employee web application, select Learning.
  2. Click the Development Plans tab.
  3. In the Assigned Development Plans section, select a development plan and click Withdraw From Development Plan.
    The withdraw button is not available for development plans that are required.
  4. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Select the reason to withdraw.
    Action Comments
    Specify any comments for development plan withdrawal.
  5. Click Submit.
