Employee details validation

You can receive a verification email to acknowledge that your employee details are up to date. You can also receive reminders or overdue emails when you have not updated and acknowledged your employee details.

You can update and acknowledge these active employee details that are configured by the administrator:
  • Addresses
  • Contact information
  • Emergency contacts

See the Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > Email automation setup > Employee details validation.

You can update and acknowledge employee details from the link included in the verification email for employee details or from the notification of the employee details verification in Infor Employee Self-Service.

Updating and acknowledging and the employee details

If employee details are up to date, acknowledge employee details. If employee details are not up to date, update and acknowledge employee details.

If you access the verification link from the email, you can acknowledge and update your details directly. Alternatively, you can acknowledge and update your details from the Notifications center.

  1. Select Notifications.
  2. Double-click the notification for employee details validation.
  3. Right-click the employee detail to update, and select Update.
    You can select an employee detail to update in the Addresses, Contact Information, or Emergency Contacts pane.
  4. Update the employee details.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Acknowledge.
