Enrolling in development plans

You can enroll in development plans from your profiles or from suggested activities within your profiles.
  1. In the Employee web application, select Learning.
  2. Click the Development Plans tab.
  3. In the Available Development Plans section, select the development plan in which to enroll and click Enroll.
  4. Specify this information:
    Start Date
    Specify the start date.
    Due Date
    Specify the due date.
    Priority
    Specify the priority.
    Comments
    Specify any comments for enrollment.
  5. Click Submit.
    Development plans require approval from your manager.
