Canceling time off and leave requests

You can perform this task only if your organization uses Absence Management. Cancellation requests must fall within the cancellation time frame that was specified by your organization. If your organization configured the capability, absences can be canceled after the request has been processed.

  1. Select Time and Attendance.
  2. Click the Balances and Requests tab.
  3. In the Time Off Requests pane, select the time-off to cancel.
  4. Right-click the entry and select Cancel.
  5. Optionally, specify a reason for the cancellation in the Reason and Comment fields.
  6. Click Submit.
