Updating basic profile information
Some fields are configurable by organization.
- Select Profile > Personal.
- In the Personal Information pane, click View and specify this information:
- Gender
- Select your gender. If you prefer not to answer, select Withhold.
- Gender Identity
- Specify your gender identity.
- Gender Pronouns
- Specify the pronouns you would prefer to be addressed by.
- Sexual Orientation
- Specify your sexual orientation.
- Ethnicity
- Specify your ethnicity. Optionally, click Ethnicity Details to select maximum of 10 races.
- Religion
- Select your religion.
- Marital Status
- Select your marital status.
- Nationality
- Select your nationality.
- Nationality Country/Jurisdiction
- Specify the country in which you currently reside.
- Birth City
- Specify the city in which you are born.
- Birth Country/Jurisdiction
- Specify the country in which you are born.
- Aboriginal
- Select the response that best describes you.
- Visible Minorities
- Select the response that best describes you.
- Citizenship Country/Jurisdiction
- Specify your country of citizenship.
- Signature
- Upload your signature.
- Disability
- Select the response that best describes you. If you prefer not to answer, select I do not want to answer.
- Disability Type
- Select the response that best describes you.
- Veteran Type
- If you are a veteran, specify your veteran type.
- Protected Veteran Status
- Select your protected veteran status.
- Military Reserve
- Select the correct response.
- Discharge Date
- Specify the date you separated from the military, if applicable.
- Military Status
- Select the correct response.
- Optionally, in the Work Preferences section, specify this information:
- Travel

Select whether you are willing to travel for work. If you select Yes, specify the percentage of time that you are willing to travel in the Travel Percent field.
- Relocate
- Select whether you are willing to relocate.
- International Assignment

Select whether you would accept an international assignment.
- Point Of Origin

If this is relevant to your position, select the location from which you would travel for the organization.
- Optionally, in the Preferred Positions section, complete the Position 1, Position 2, Position 3 fields by selecting up to three preferred positions, in the order of preference.
- Optionally, specify your other preferences in the Other Preferences field.
- Click Save.
- Specify the effective date of the profile information updates.
- Click Ok.
