Searching for development plans

  1. Select Performance.
  2. Click the Mentorship tab.
  3. In the Mentor Tasks pane, click Catalog.
  4. Click the Search Development Plans tab.
  5. To open the search fields, click Search.
  6. Specify a keyword such as a development plan type, difficulty level, and development plan schedule, then click Search.
  7. Open the development plan to view the details.
